Coping in COVID-19


COVID-19 pandemic and work-from-home set-up has been very stressful for all employees. Juggling between responsibilities at work and at home and the challenges that the pandemic bring hinders performance of the work force.  Through building stress management and self- care strategies, these challenges can be addressed.  In this webinar series, participants will experience the power of mindfulness practice and expressive arts in alleviating stress and building resilience.
