Arts for Self-Care Workshop is a 4-session workshop exploring different expressive arts such as painting, sculpture, music, movement and writing to unload the burden experienced in day to day life to help you regain more energy for the people you love and things you love to do.
You don't have to be a good artist, writer, dancer or singer to enjoy this workshop. Just be open to the experience and trust your own healing process. Heal yourself and regain your energy by expressing, connecting and engaging with others' sacred stories.
Arts for Self-Care is a practice combining meditation, expressive arts and storytelling.

P 6,000.00 per participant for 4 sessions of 3 hours each. (P 1,750.00 per session)
Comes with Arts For Self-Care Play Kit and a whole new experience of self-discovery, healing and shared stories.
We can only accommodate 10-15 participants per class to maintain an intimate atmosphere during workshops
